These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tharara website, Instagram storefront, messaging channels, and any services we offer (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders, Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors before accepting an order. Payment is processed by Razorpay and is subject to their terms.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

See our Shipping policy and Returns policy for full details. Orders ship within 3–6 business days across India, with same-day delivery available in Hyderabad. Returns are accepted within 15 days for unused items in original condition. Personalised items are not returnable except where defective.

User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or videos (including Instagram posts tagged with our brand hashtags or mentions), you grant Tharara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content for marketing purposes on our website, social channels, and ads, with attribution to your public handle. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit.

AI-Assisted Communications

Some responses in our concierge chat and Instagram DMs may be generated or suggested by AI. We supervise these interactions and will always connect you to a human team member if your query requires judgement, pricing negotiation, complaints handling, or sensitive information.

Instagram Shop

Our Instagram Shop is provided jointly with Meta. Product listings reflect live data from this website. Purchases initiated through Instagram may be completed on this website via a secure Razorpay checkout. Meta's own terms apply to use of the Instagram platform.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to circumvent security, scrape our catalogue at scale, spam our messaging channels, or use our AI features to generate content that violates applicable law or Meta Platform Policies.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tharara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
