Shipping Policy

At Tharara, every piece is packed with care and shipped securely so it arrives as beautiful as it left our studio. This policy explains how we deliver orders across India, including our same-day service in Hyderabad.

Delivery Timelines

  • Hyderabad (same-day): Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) are eligible for same-day delivery within Hyderabad city limits, subject to address verification and product availability.
  • Rest of India: Standard delivery is completed within a maximum of 3–6 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.
  • Order processing: Most orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1 business day of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email or SMS if that applies to your order.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout. Same-day delivery in Hyderabad is also complimentary when your order qualifies under the cut-off time above.

Packaging & Handling

  • Each piece is placed in protective jewellery packaging and sealed in a tamper-evident outer box.
  • Gift-ready presentation is included at no extra cost — perfect for gifting straight from the box.
  • High-value orders may require a signature or OTP verification on delivery for your security.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also view live status updates from your account order history on our website. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Delivery Areas & Limitations

  • We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners.
  • Same-day delivery is available only within Hyderabad city limits. Nearby areas outside the city may fall under standard 3-6 business day delivery.
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes or addresses that couriers classify as non-serviceable. If your pin code is unsupported, we will contact you before cancelling and refunding the order.

Delays, Failed Delivery & Address Issues

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or remote locations. If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive the package, the courier may schedule a re-attempt or return the parcel to us. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. For repeated failed deliveries, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
